A free, indoor workshop. Come join us for a conversational, hands-on exploration of the mind–body connection with nature: why it’s innately a part of us and how we can weave it into our daily lives.
Together, we’ll look at the science behind why connecting with nature helps us feel calmer, clearer, and more resilient, and we’ll translate that research into real-life experiences you can actually feel in your body. You’ll be guided through simple demonstrations, sensory practices, and show-and-tell moments that reveal how our nervous system responds to natural elements, - even indoors!
This workshop is part learning, part experiencing, and part community conversation. We’ll share reflections, exchange ideas, and explore the many ways nature already shows up in our lives, often without us noticing. There’s no pressure to perform or participate in any one way. This exploration is designed especially for an indoor setting, and open to everyone, no matter where you live or how much access to the outdoors you have.
You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of how nature supports wellbeing, along with clear, step-by-step tips you can use right away to bring moments of nature connection into your daily routine. Whether it’s a few mindful breaths, a sensory pause, or a new way of noticing the world around you, you’ll walk away with practical tools that feel doable, supportive, and personal.
If you’re looking for a gentle, science-backed way to reconnect with yourself and the natural world, then this is an invitation to come explore together.
